I/we enter them at my/our risk, and that the dog entered on this form is residents in UAE and has registration documents available.
I/We undertake to abide by the Rules and Regulations and By-laws of the Emirates Kennel Club and of this Show and I/we declare that the dog entered has not suffered from or been exposed to the risk of any contagious or infectious disease for six weeks prior to exhibition, and I/we will not show them if any incur such risk between now and the day of the Show, or if they have been inoculated within fourteen days prior to the Show.
